Pulled pork was extremely dry.Won't give this place another chance

The food was great, burgers, steak fries, the stew was awesome. Hate that no one refills your drinks and you can't do it yourself, you have to walk up to the counter and try and get someone's attention, multiple employees in the back made eye contact, saw what I needed but just looked away. The counter was very busy taking orders.

I had the good Ole fashioned open faced chopped pulled pork inside meat. I got my chow chow on the side bc I don't like every bite to have that in it. It came with a side, and I had those big fat steak french fried potatoes. Yall, I've never seen so much food on one plate. My only drawback was I ordered mine on Texas toast, but it wasn't toasted. That might be a me thing, but I think if it says something in the name, so it should be. It was so good I had to take half of it home with me. I normally don't order desert, but I wasn't buying, so I indulged in the carrot cake. Lord have mercy. I had that piece 2 days later(don't judge), and it was if my Godmother Ivorene had just made it and the icing was still warm. That was some serious, deliciously comforting cake. I will definitely have a hard time ordering anything else when I return. I will ask for my Texas toast to be a little toasted, though. Ordered through the DoorDash app to pick up my order. Once I got there my order was ready. Food was awesome as always!
