Feedback gevenI find the appearance and hygiene unsatisfactory at this restaurant. The staff have dirty nails, the floors are messy, the food is burnt, and the employees are dismissive, making customers feel like a bother. I have decided to stop dining at this location.
I ordered two three-piece meals and some BBQ bites, but they managed to forget the BBQ bites. This is the second time they've messed up my order recently. The chicken was good, but it's frustrating when they prioritize serving bike couriers over regular customers. Despite the mistakes, I still love KFC and these locations are the closest to me.
I placed an order through the app and went to pick up the food. I explained to the woman that the last time we ordered, we received 6 chicken legs in a bucket of 10 and this time we wanted breasts and thighs. The kitchen staff overheard me and loudly exclaimed that it was impossible. This sparked some heated discussions about the importance of satisfying the customer. In addition, the Red Hill location had forgotten our chicken wrap during our previous visit and we were not willing to go back for it. The wait times at the Wallington branch are also unbearable. Changes need to be made to improve these issues.
Once again we get home and the 5 meals bought were 4 and wrong, even though they read it out and make out they check it, they don’t, definitely a habit they have of making sure your a meal less, when you get home they don’t answer their phone when you call them, obviously we paid for 5 and we will never get a refund, the only award they will get nominated for would be the worst KFC in Uk
How the hell do you let a fillet burger get sent out without any bread? You couldn’t believe it until you see it….answer your phone or do you know your service is shocking AVOiD would rather see an empty unit
