とにかく出汁が美味しい。茹で置きしないので時間が無い方にはお勧め出来ません。 細麺の喉越し良いうどんです。太くてコシがしっかりガッツリうどんが苦手な方にはお勧めのお店。 食券ですが、お席に着いてPayPayでの注文支払いも出来ます。

10年ぶりくらいに訪れました。 まず店内に入り食券を買うシステムです。 肉うどんにしました。 うどん館さんのうどんは麺が特徴的。細切りの手打ちうどんです。茹で置きしないタイプなので、やや細切りでもコシとモチモチ感があります。 そしてこのうどんが長い。 腕をいっぱいまで上にあげないと麺の全容を見る事ができない。 お出汁も優しい味でとっても美味しい。 昔は確かレンゲもオタマもなかったのですが、木製オタマが付き、今回訪れたらレンゲになってました。 またこの辺りに来たら寄りたいお店です。
