Employees not helpful, been in store for 10 minutes without being able to speak to an employee. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

One of the better visits. Order was complete, taste was good, food was hit and order was correct. A much better experience than the last time.

Had to turn off car and wait about 6 minutes before they asked my order at the drive thru. Once I was able to mention my online order, I got my food instantly when I pulled up to the window. My only complaint was the long wait to order at the box.

Used to be a very good place. Food went downhill in taste a bit, servings shrunk big time but kept the high prices, and they no longer have a buffet.

Worst experience at this location I've had. Overdone nugs, they gave us 0 sauces for the 20$ box! Called the store,it rang the first time someone picked up and then hung up, then tried several more times and no answer. Will not be back. Probably will just make my own fried chicken from now on. Waste of money, time, and gas.
