Burgerfi - Windermere

The staff here are amazing! They put in a lot of effort to ensure my experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and this was hands down the best team I've had the pleasure of singing with since the pandemic started. I’d rate the food a perfect 10/10 and the team a fantastic 12/10!

We had a great experience enjoying some juicy burgers on a Sunday before our boat trip. Dony assisted us in selecting what to try and was incredibly friendly.

This place is a joke. 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a kids fry. Restaurant is disgustingly filthy. Kids running everything, starting a fight in the kitchen area shouting ?F-this and F-that and F-you? it?s a Monday night. They aren?t that busy. Teenage employees too busy running their mouths to do their job. We were given the wrong order and when I took it back up the girl snatched the bag and rolled her eyes as if I were my fault she gave us the wrong order. When we got our order it was dry, the burgers were cooked to a crisp and the fries were soggy. The other burgerfi locations are great, and funnily enough there were training guides left on the front counter for everyone to see. Get it together. There was one employee (didn?t catch his name) that was very kind and actually went and made our order for us (he had longer curly hair and glasses) he?s about all they have going for them. -35/10

Jason was so amazing! We had such a great experience at BurgerFi! It?s a great, clean location (even clean bathrooms! , easy parking, and great food! Thank you Jason for making my nephews so happy with your kindness! You made our day! We?ll definitely be coming back!
