1st time I came here was during a horrible thunderstorm and because the order speaker has no cover I pulled to the window to order. I was told in a rude tone that I had to go back through the line and order at the speaker and he couldn't take my order at the window and didn't care that I said I'd go to another location. The 2nd time was after getting off work on a Saturday at 11:10 and was told they are closed, even though Google says they close at midnight. The employees here are rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally paid for my order and confirmed the charge was on my credit card (showed them the charge on my credit card too) but they wouldn't give me the food I ordered because the system said it wasn't paid.

They charge for a CUP of water. $1.79 for water. What a poor business decision. It already costs my family $50 to eat at Taco Bell and you want to charge an extra $12 for WATER? That's laughable. Will NOT be back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
