Service which one??? You have to take your own drink and clear it yourself, but you have to pay the bistro price, you don't even get a decent cookie with your coffee. It's a pity that there is no competition there and people have nowhere else to go with their elderly family and people are taking advantage of that. I went there every week for as long as my mother stayed there (4 years) because I had nowhere else to go. Just had to say this, hopefully this will change.
