Jade Palace - Basildon

The eating was excellent, not as busy as I have seen before, what was nice as I felt like I could take my time a little and enjoy the evening, my only criticism was that the staff was excessively attentive, which then felt rushed, instead of relaxing a waitress asking if we need something or are ready for next courses etc. or drinks, and as soon as they came from the table wegging. I wouldn't have mentioned it, but it was literally less than 10 seconds between the 2 a few customers and that would probably be no problem, I didn't let it spoil the night, but it was a teeny bit frustrating

Always love this place, eating is hot and very tasty, staff are always friendly and helpful to change dishes and fulfill customer needs. cost are reasonable and all they can eat is comprehensive!

Amazing courtesy and friendly service. fast. refreshing and tasty eating. but worth it!

Both 'all can eat ' and a la carte menu options are available. we chose everything they can eat, what is brought on their table. I booked and a table was immediately available when we arrived. and pancakes are also part of all they can eat. it was £19.99 per person plus a 10% service fee. really nice eating, good service, we will return soon.

Had a lovely meal with my family, great food very good service.
