Will wait forever for your order at least 45 minutes. Product is good if they get your order right. Employees are super slow at getting the product out. Store is often dirty with the garbage always full and dirty counter tops. Waiting on a refund from September that hasn’t processed because I didn’t receive the right order. The food is always good, but the store always smells like sewage. I don’t know if they have a plumbing issue but you can imagine it would make a person think again about eating the food. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

45 mins on hold....drove to the wing stop...still on hold. Find other customers experiencing the same wait time and situation...place my order and they still get my order wrong....smh Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is great, but the staff seems to have trouble at times getting the orders right and making sure the people get their food when they’re supposed to. If it says 30-40 minutes after an online order, it shouldn’t take an hour in a half to receive the order. I’ve also been on hold here for about 30 minutes like someone just forgot I was on the phone! Great food but the kiddos have to do better with the service. Service: Take out
