It was unbelievable for me how good the jerk chicken was and I am a BIG critic and lover of jerk, I was interduce to jerk in 1985 in Brooklyn and I had some of the Best and to find such a nice jerk chicken without HIGH price and good SERVICES, I can make my own and I do cause I don't have a lot of confidence in Caribbean restaurants in keeping it true to the culture. PS try it your self
