Nothing Bundt Cakes - Orlando

Cakes are always delicious but the service is hit-or-miss. Sometimes you’re met by someone sweet who hands you the correct order. Other times you’re met by employees who are rude and incompetent (like today). Ruins the entire experience.

It seems I’m not the only one complaining about the fact that “They don’t provide utensils” like for what reason? Because nowadays utensils come in every type (plastic and none plastic). It was my first time coming here and I regret not going to Whole Foods across the street because they have great bakery options. The cakes were ok, nothing outstanding. Most definitely, mi first and last time for not providing the minimum accommodations to their customers.Don’t take customers for granted. Provide utensils for the sake of GAINING new customers not pretending they will live with their regular customers.

I love it here! I got the red velvet cake for my birthday and it was delicious! The cashier was super nice and helped me pick out decorations for my cake! Great place, I would highly recommend to a friend!

I called before heading to the nearest location, Dr Phillips, to ask if they had a red velvet cake available and decorations for a 12yr old boy. I told the girl that I'd be arriving at 6:57-7:00pm and asked if that would be ok. She said it wouldn't be a problem and offered to put decorations aside in case it was too late to decorate at the store. I arrived at 7pm and the doors were locked. There was a girl counting money at the register and 2 girls mopping. They looked at me and shook their heads. How frustrating! I drove 45min for nothing. Do better and don't agree to something if you are not going to follow through. Nothing Bundt is our go to always for parties and events. However, this experience is enough to stop patronizing this business.
